Mid-air disarm after unstable Auto mode #578

After some crashes in Auto modes, always related to unstable flight, when I 
switch mode to rescue it, a log analysis here

Hi Kevin, i put my eyes in the tlog, i think the Nav correction during Guided 
is too 
aggressive due high parameters.
Another strange isse: sometime the hud during Guided show "disarmed" and the 
"armed", cyclically.
From my tlog during testing Guided this does not occur.

And it seems very much like my problem.
Please note that my quad flies perfectly fine in stabilize, loiter and  Auto 
mode 19 of 20 flights, but once in a while, the craft gets more and more 
aggressive when holding position, and fails completely (stopping motors) and 
crashes when changing modes.
