Slight modifications #70

*Change of the copyright date

*Small modifications on the README (EN and FR)

Added a paragraph about possible contributions added a "get it on github" image in the assets folder (for later)

Don't hesitate to refuse this PR if you don't like the modifications

Thanks for the pull request! Just sorry, but I didn't think this change was necessary.

I don't have any own rules about contributions, and the link is something that anyone can see, so I thought it was fine without it. (However, including a link to the translation file in the note is a good idea)

As for the license, there is no need to add this either, since there is no problem in displaying just the year of publication.

I'd like to hear other people's opinions if you want :)

No problem, I was proposing this, it's not an obligation 👍, sorry for the inconvenience.

On the other hand it might be useful to create a file containing your privacy policy regarding the use (or not, of course) of user data;

I close this PR to avoid unnecessary pollution, if necessary it can be reopened, thank you and my apologies again.
