Integrate Matomo website tracking #190

Unfortunately Matomo needs to be hosted on a webserver. Hence it is not possible to implement it on my react webpage on Github pages without some setting up some infrastructure that Matomo is running on.

  1. Host everything on a webserver and move the React webapp.
  2. Use Google Analytics and create disclaimer.
