phreak-inspector example fails #2

Two issues come up when trying to run this example:

an accumulation-rules.drl is missing and should be added to src/main/resources/rules04
writeToFixedTmpFile fails as /tmp does not exist (running on windows): replacing "/tmp" with "target" works.

As a walk around, you can skip the first issue copying drools-rules-examples/src/main/resources/features/accumulation/accumulation-rules.drl to phreak-inspector/src/main/resources/rules04.

I don't know if a different accumulation-rules.drl file is needed, but at least the tests pass.
