Publish docker images on GithubActions for c4p and email #35

The services c4p and email does not contains packages published.

The GithubActions output says:

ushing manifest for ghcr.io/salaboy/fmtok8s-email-service:helm-changes@sha256:9844e0fc2b927ed3d8666a2048bfb5d7a8ad0137bebc8d77c81c5192c1602c28 1.3s done

But, there is no packages published.

it's super weird.. i think that the packages are there but not linked
