This pull request aims to remove the needs to use agenda-service, notifications-service and redis to execute integration tests.

Changes

Remove agenda-service, notifications-service and redis from docker-compose
Add wiremock servoce to docker-compose file
Add wiremock folder to provide mappings used in integration tests
