Chinese files renamed to -zh.md instead of .zh.md #37

Changes

🧹 Renamed Chinese translation files to follow the project's filename pattern;

Release Note

Any file named, for instance, README.zh-cn.md, or README.zn.md , is now README-zn.md.
References are also updated to the new filename

Associated with issue #24 & related with PR #36

@salaboy I am not sure how to deal with this PR - I noticed that, since the branch was created from the one used on the PR #36, it brings more commits than it should.

I want to invest time moving forward with the chapters review, so I hope, if it won't cause you too much problems, that you can accept the PR this time. I'll make sure to avoid the mistake of sending other PRs with unrelated commits.
