I created default templates for the microservices

DataNinja is the Data Retrieval Service
NotifyNexus is the Notification Service
VisualVoyager is the Visualization/Pre-Rendering Service
CipherChief is the Authentication Service
SkySiren is the UI and front-end with Vue.js

Nitpicky but maybe add different port for every service when someone runs the all services locally? Might be useful to standardize this for everyone so there's no merge conflict around that Aside that, PR approved
