I don't quite understand this issue to be honest
The direction you're facing when you exit a teleporter would be set by the teleporter, not dependent on the direction you were facing when you entered the previous one
It would be a little bit awkward to implement, but if there are walls surrounding the teleporter on all sides except for one, you should teleport facing the direction that is open
A teleporter node could optionally store pitch and yaw values that the should be applied to the arriving entity, which if present should override the entity's pitch and yaw that are captured when entering the network
