Fixes up a few loose ends with the themes
Moves dark theme related CSS properties out of the feature css and into dark-theme.scss
Fixes an issue where the Random Item tooltip was not shown in some cases
Fixes some awkward grammar with Suggested Prices
Adds the .red class back into the Suggested Prices feature CSS
