Add nofollow to footer link? #71

By default the footer link includes Bootstrap Genesis Theme by Iron Code Studio

I appreciate if someone leaves the links in place but I'm concerned Google may read it as spammy behavior.

Possibly nofollow all links these footer links or nofollow on all but the front page.
