Rom collection suddenly becomes empty #171

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Browse a game collection (specially a big one, with hundreds of roms)
2. Keep scrolling through the list until it "crashes"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should be able to continue browsing the game list until you exit or start a
game. Instead, sometimes the list empties (there is no game in the list and
year/genre/publisher/developer appear as "non available") and you have to go to
the top menu to select the rom collection again (and wait for it to load all
the games again). This behaviour is not consistent, it may happen once you
scroll through every 15 or 20 games. Sometimes, this behaviour worsens and the
whole XBMC crashes (it reloads automatically, but that takes several minutes).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
RCB 2.0.15 on Xbian 1.0 RC2 (gotham) for Raspberry Pi.

Please provide any additional information below.
This bug is not exclusive for this version of RCB and Xbian. I'm using the
default

I just remembered that this effect can also happen while loading a rom list. In
that case, the list will not be empty but instead will only show games from the
point where it "crashed".

Can you show me a log file after this happened?

I just copied the log file from RCB start to the moment where the list became
empty. It should be among the last 10 lines of the file. I don't see anything
weird in the log. See for yourself.

I noticed that this behaviour not always happens when you are scrolling through
the list, but sometimes when a few seconds of inactivity have passed. It's
difficult to predict, but it happens almost everytime you load a rom collection.

Btw, the list is not completely empty. There's one item remaining: my 320GB
unit. Let me show you a screenshot (attached).

It looks a bit like this issue:
http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=150969. If so, I am still waiting for
a fix or some input of XBMC devs.

Yes, it looks like it is the same problem.
