Review forecast sometimes doesn't update until restart app #256

Check forecast cumulative count. Do some reviews. Check count, still uses number from before reviews.

@00alia00 Does the refresh button at the top of the home page have any effect? Still an issue that the review forecast isn't automatically updating, but could be an easier temporary workaround!

Unfortunately the refresh doesn't change anything, at least if its already ran, I pressed it a few times with no change.

That's helpful info to know, thanks! I do remember that review forecast component is something that needs a lot of refactoring/performance improvements. But fixing that and adding an integration test to make sure the forecast updates after review/lesson changes is a good goal for now
