Uppermost area of app inconsistent upon opening app #415

Bug/Error Report

What Caused the Bug/Error to Show Up?

Whenever I open the app for the first time the upper most area of the app is placed on the same level as the notch/clock/battery indicator.

But if I go back to my Home Screen and open the app again the uppermost area of the app stops just below the notch (I'm assuming as intended)
