Scope of the PR

Add new e2e:

complete checkout with metadata avataxCustomerCode AVATAX_15
complete draft order with metadata avataxEntityCode AVATAX_36
complete checkout with click and collect (warehouse) - shipping address changed to warehouse address AVATAX_19
complete checkout with digital-only products - only billing address needed AVATAX_8
