Configuration of emails received by staff users #257

We're working on enhancement that will allow to configure which staff users / email addresses should receive email notification about new orders. Requirements:

adding new recipients (either an input for explicit email address or selecting a staff user from a dropdown)
activate/deactivate a recipient
remove recipient
list of configured recipients

It seems this feature has made it into the core but not the dashboard yet. I had to use the GraphQL mutations to add email recipients.
