Move `Upgrade Guides` to be easier to discover #920

“Upgrade Guides” are now hidden in the “Self-hosting” section which can be difficult to find. "Upgrade Guides" are documents that we send to our clients to inform them about deprecations and how to migrate to new fields, so it’s also relevant for cloud users, not only self-hosting Saleor users.

It's better, although, in the long run, I think there should be some section about releases where we would publish release notes and upgrade guides.
