Added checks for input functions #12

Added checks for input functions through the checkmate package.

Updated checks:

dataframe with any missing values are not accepted;
colnames of coordinates and sample_info object must includes "x" and "y";
assert matrix for naiveDE inputs;
assert flag for verbose
