2.As shown in the screenshot, the sub panel list is missing
3.Refresh again, the sub panel appears again

Same issue for me, but to reproduce you must change the record to view. After first refresh, sub panel appears every time on the same record.

Windows 10 + Firefox 128

Same problem. SuiteCRM 8.6.1 and several browsers. The Firefox console shows the error:
