Added ParentAccount portal_user_type #22

Added ParentAccount portal_user_type this option allows to see cases from "member organizations" listed in contact account.

ie: contact john is working for an account headquarter , but john needs to monitor cases from his account but also from all regional accounts listed in "member organizations" of the headquarter account

in suitecrm, add ParentAccount in contact-> portal_user_type drop down.
