This causes an issue where it breaks the website template. The button really should perhaps just be deleted as there is a separate menu item made available through the plugin for new case creation anyway and it is a very quick fix then! Thanks.
This is a bit pointless and irritating as there is a separate menu item to do the same thing populated by the Suite CRM plugin populated menu options. It looks particularly unprofessional.
Issue
Duplicated functionality makes no sense.
#### Expected Behavior
The button should not be there.
#### Actual Behavior
The button appears which is annoying and there is no ability to turn it off.
No logs relevant.
Possible Fix
Getting rid of the button.
#### Steps to Reproduce
1.Create a working portal
2.Add a menu with the list cases option (whilst observing the option to have a menu option for creating new cases.
3.Go to the list cases to see the button.
4.Observe inability to turn it off within the plugin.
Context
A professional looking and functioning portal as core functionality within Suite CRM.
medium priority - it looks ridiculous and puts people off trusting it if it is not well designed. Portal usage should be considered core functionality and the issues with the portal more widely should be prioritised.
SuiteCRM Version used: 7.11.8
Browser name and version (e.g. Chrome Version 51.0.2704.63 (64-bit)): Version 76.0.3809.100 (Official Build) Built on Ubuntu , running on LinuxMint 18.3 (64-bit)
Environment name and version (e.g. MySQL, PHP 7): PHP 7.0.33 - 10.3.15-MariaDB-1 - Debian 10 Apache 2.4.28 (Debian)
Operating System and version (e.g Ubuntu 16.04): As Above.
Many thanks.
