Apostrophe in dashlet title turned into html code #10326

Issue

When putting a apostrophe in a dashlet title, for example "cyb456's cases", the apostrophe gets turned into the html code. Screenshot_20240122_095441

Expected Behavior

Normal apostrophe

Actual Behavior
