Surveys - hardcoded values #10397

Issue

The origin of the issue: https://github.com/salesagility/SuiteDocs/issues/76 image

Some untranslated values are present on the Create Survey page (Edit view): image

Expected Behavior

Labels are used instead of hardcoded values for translation purposes.

Actual Behavior

See the screenshots above.

Possible Fix

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Change the language (upload one if you need);
  2. Go to Surveys Module;
  3. Create Survey -> check the fields from the screenshot.

Context

Values are not translated.
