Issue

Single quotes breaking tracker URL link in emails from campaigns

Expected Behavior

In email Link should be displayed as per the attached screenshot

Actual Behavior

Tracker URL link breaks in email

Steps to Reproduce

Create new email campaign
Add tracker url similar like below screenshot
Complete email campaign creation process
Send Test email from campaign and check your inbox

Your Environment

SuiteCRM Version used: SuiteCRM 7.11.5
Environment name and version (e.g. MySQL, PHP 7): PHP 5.6 and MYSQL 5.7
Operating System and version (e.g Ubuntu 16.04): Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS

Hi @samus-aran - Please check my above PR - Still having issues with Travis - Now passed for three environments
