Campaign Status Subpanel Display Issue #9220

Issue

When you open the Campaign Status view, the Message Queue subpanel gets messed up. I've seen this happen when there are no metrics and when there are metrics.

Expected Behavior

Message Queue panel should display correctly.

Actual Behavior

Steps to Reproduce

Context

It messes up the other subpanels and makes it hard to read. Seems to be intermittent but happens quite often.

Yes, this is known issue and it doesn't solved yet last 2 years :(
