Description

Auth, Rest and SOAP endpoints should be made configurable.
Default endpoints should be in place for Auth, Rest and SOAP (Vinesh to confirm the default endpoints)
- www.exacttargetapis.com for Rest
- auth.exacttargetapis.com for Auth
If SOAP endpoint is not provided,
- We make the /platform/enpoints/soap call and get the soap endpoint (Cached for 15 mins)
- If /platform/endpoint call fails, we need to take the default SOAP endpoint.
