Confusing Rate Limiting Wording #23

I'm not sure I follow what the following sentence means:

Rate limiting - Number of requests left for the window. Value MUST be "RateLimit-Limit" - requests made in window.

Seems like it is mixing a few parts. Should it really be "Number of requests left for the window"
