Fix the pathing issues in windows as \ and / aren't interchangeable.

Issue Noticed on Windows machines this didn't work. Don't have a windows machine to test, but fairly certain this is the resolution.

@jmacs if you have a Windows Machine you can test on that'd be fantastic.

I'm pretty sure the issue was that webpack wasn't installed.
