sample-app deployment from the docs is outdated #1052

Description

Currently, the header of the docs has a link to https://opensource.salesforce.com/akita/sample-app which shows https://akita.surge.sh in an iframe https://github.com/salesforce/akita/blob/e8b7d6a03ab27921e5c87e2485457cb8bdcb1701/docs/src/pages/sample-app.js#L22-L29

The problem - this deployment still uses angular 7.2.15 and has some pages that were removed

Proposed solution

Would be great to automate its deployment

or at least update it
