Roles with environment permissions are not support #52

Hi,

When managing rolegroup roles, the "context_params" property only handles "org". It is missing the "envId" property, to be able to assign/manage environment permissions for a rolegroup.

Hi @NunSant. Thank you for reporting this. Would you be able to investigate the kind of request necessary to implement this ? We need to update the spec of the rolegroup roles resource
