Upgrading sbt version to 1.x

I tried to upgrade the sbt version to the latest (1.2.1) but eventually I understand why you're still using sbt 0.13 here.

• sbt-avro: https://github.com/sbt/sbt-avro/issues/57
• sbt-spark-submit https://github.com/saurfang/sbt-spark-submit/issues/10

Regarding sbt-avro, I submitted the above issue to the project. As per sbt-spark-submit, the fork https://github.com/izhangzhihao/sbt-spark-submit seems to work fine.

If I have something to do, I am willing to work on it.
