Operation Scribe: Documentation Streamlining #16

As we are migrating from sfdx to sf CLIs and styles, there is a need to revamp all the documentation including Trailhead modules, developer guides, setup guides, plugin provider guides, etc. This operation supports documentation streamlining efforts.

Git2Gus App is installed but the .git2gus/config.json doesn't exist.

Please consider rapidly moving the already written SF CLI Plugin Develop documentation from Github Wiki to Salesforce Developers docs ; this will be a quick win, and make search much more efficient.
