As dev i want to get photos from the ip cameras in the workshop

AC: Software:

[ ] Photos can be taken by the observer periodically in a scheduled task
[ ] Only photos taken when the light was switchen on are stored

Hardware:

[ ] Get #69 done
[ ] The PoE-Switch is installed in the workshop
[ ] The Reolink IP camera is installed in the workshop
[ ] Optional: A second Reolink IP camera is intalles in the second workshop room

One ides is to use ffmpeg to get photos from the video stream.

There is a new IP camera from reolink with can be powerd over ethernet and wich can be accessed by http to get photos. To get it up and running, the network in the workshop has to be extended by an PoE-Ethernet-Switch.
