Hardcoded links to pdb-dev.wwpdb.org and pdb-dev-beta.wwpdb.org #66

There are multiple links in html and pdf templates, that are hardcoded to point to either pdb-dev.wwpdb.org or pdb-dev-beta.wwpdb.org.

pdb-dev.wwpdb.org have to replaced with relative links where applicable to ensure smooth testing on the beta site.

pdb-dev-beta.wwpdb.org links in PDFs have to replaced with pdb-dev.wwpdb.org since help docs are officially served from the main site and beta site can be wiped at any moment.

@brindakv sure. v2.0 is already updated. do you think it's worth updating the current version too?
