Update runtime image for v2.0 reports #85

v2.0 reports require an updated runtime image with pyhmmer. Rebuilding the image will also trigger MolProbity rebuild.

Right now pyhmmer import is handled by the workaround introduced in defd60bb90a1dc41265c9586fbca221c19d2b7db.
