is the random seed fixed? #534

In SAXS Merge, when I use --help, I get an IMP-specific help message, which mentions 

  --random_seed arg (=2362909122) Random seed to use.

Does that mean that the random seed is always the same for my optimizations?!

Did you run with --help more than once to check? :-)
