Add file prefix to mrc files

Add file prefix as an extra argument in analysis.GetModelDensity.write_mrc. Useful when printing mrc's on different subsets of models.

Should be resolved by f79fd5c4fc335fd9bc150eee4ad800fcf254471f (which adds a suffix option).
