`IMP.pmi.tools.input_adaptor` does not return the leaves of the input hierarchies. #234

But it returns the leaves of IMP.pmi.topology objects. was it the desired functionality @cgreenberg ? If so we should probably document it better.

Now input_adaptor returns leaves when hierarchies are input e4d55915dfc799818362cb5d0b064b064704345d
