reading stat files was broken in f845cf26bd800569991b297a512a46f18099ce1f. I have a file that contains rmf file names such as:
/baycells/scratch/shanot/T6SS/modeling-composite/Joutput_46_1/rmfs/2.rmf3
then what I get from get_best_models are paths like:
/rmfs//2.rmf3
