Deprecate PMI1 classes #240

Once the IMP.pmi1 module is present in IMP proper, deprecate any PMI1-only classes here in IMP.pmi (which would correspond to PMI2) and point the user to PMI2 equivalents or to the IMP.pmi1 module. Relates salilab/imp#997.

All PMI1 classes should be deprecated in the 2.11 release, and will be removed entirely in the upcoming 2.12 release.
