Fix the PMI2 tutorial #242

The PMI2 tutorial (develop branch of the imp_tutorial repository, https://github.com/salilab/imp_tutorial/tree/develop) does not currently work as per Travis. Looks like a failure to generate the initial GMMs. This should be fixed before we can use it as our default tutorial.

This was caused by a number of separate issues, all of which should now be fixed:

Names of model density particles were not set consistently, causing the model accuracy step to fail: salilab/imp_tutorial@a00c2530 fceb9b8
Molecule ordering was random (Python dict key order), also causing the model accuracy step to fail: salilab/imp_tutorial@38f2d60 0b470f9
A machine rounding issue caused GMM generation to fail in release/debug mode: salilab/imp@119f96a
