Header format is not conform HTTP spec #222

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a simple test that explicitly sets the Content-Type header: 
  given().with().contentType(ContentType.JSON)
2. Add logging
  log().all()
3. Run test, inspect logging

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect: Content-Type: application/json
Actual: Content-Type=application/json

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.7.2

What you see in the log is not what's actually sent on the wire, it only 
specifies what's defined in the request specification in REST Assured. The 
documentation indicates this as well.
