As a User i can not transfer money to other users #1

Money transfer does not work. I receive an error on the screen.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log in to the web portal
  2. Direct your accounts
  3. Try to transfer money

Actual Result: I can not transfer money.

Expected Result: I can transfer money to other users.
