About the date for calendar and picasa #143

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The format currently available is "YYYY-MM-DD", will you provide a time like 
"HH-MM-SS"? 

Please provide any additional information below.
Sometimes user need a accurate time rather than "day", and it will be more 
powerful~ Thank you:)

Sorry I didn't see this issue for so long! But there's good news -- Issue 72 
has a patch that will let you specify accuracy to the minute for Calendar. 
Picasa will still only take day resolution currently, but that may be fixed 
soon.
