Need a way to update picasa album attributes. I have 100's of albums and I need 
to update attribute of each album so that it can be shared by a group of 
people. I can do this vai web albums but only one album at a time and it is 
several clicks to do this.

Of course, we also need a method to query these attributes for each album.

As in Picasa Web, this should be able to accept contact groups.
