picasa create --mode=private #190

It'd be useful to be able to mark new picasa albums as private or unlisted at 
creation time.

Agree. I want to create a whole bunch of albums, but it'd really awesome if I 
didn't need to log in on the web to edit the privacy mode afterwards.

Yes, this is exactly what I was hoping for... when will --mode=private be added?

fixed by r468. Uses --access flag, and it will take "public" "private" or 
anything with "link" in the title to make a new album's visibility setting 
public, private, or "Anyone with link", respectively.
