Add ability to update google cli via command line (or automatically) #206

It would be nice to add a feature to update the google cli via a flag or 
command to the command line.

I realize it would need sudo access or something, depending on the platform, 
but would be nice.

I think you might be better off with just using svn or a package manager. It's 
very unlikely we'll spend time on this, but if anyone else gets it to work, it 
could be included.
