make "google calendar add" return a uid

If google calendar add would return a UID for a new appointment, it would be 
easier to to use this tool in conjunction with other programs e.g. Emacs 
(org-mode for me).  It would be great to use googlecl as a platform for 
command-line cloud computing!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? What
version of gdata-python-client (aka python-gdata)?

I believe this issue was closed by revision r497. A URL to the event page is 
logged after the event is created. Or did you want an actual return value by 
some part of the code?
