What service (Calendar, Docs, Picasa) should be enhanced?
Docs
What is the enhancement?
I wish for my coworkers/friends to be able to be granted access to the new 
document.  
google docs upload blah.csv --share-edit-readonly  friend@gmail.com

Enhancements tend to get a pretty low priority compared to Defects, of which 
there are plenty. There also doesn't seem to be much demand for this 
enhancement -- only two people have starred this issue.

It is definitely something I'd like to see done, though. Sorry it takes so long 
to get some features in!
