When specifying a secondary calender Quick Add doesn't work properly.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add an appointment and specify a secondary calendar.
   calendar add "Lunch with Ryan at noon" --cal "Jeremy @Work"

What is the expected output? 
Expect to see "Lunch with Ryan" added to the calendar at 12PM.

What do you see instead?
"Lunch with Ryan" added to the calendar at 5AM.  The time chosen seems random.  
Maybe it's choosing what it thinks is the first available time slot?

What version of the product are you using? 0.9.8
On what operating system? Windows 7

Sorry for the incredibly delayed response. Someone just commented on a similar 
issue: Are you in a -7 GMT timezone by any chance (e.g. California under 
daylight savings)? Your secondary calendar may not be set to your timezone.

That was it!  None of my tertiary calendars were set to the correct time zone.
